In this circle, we will gather to honor the wisdom of our cyclical body through a sacred bleeding ritual. Together, we will create menstrual art as a way to embrace and integrate the ancestral knowledge carried within our blood.

In the water, we immerse ourselves in a sensory journey back to the maternal womb — awakening prenatal memories and reconnecting with the deepest roots of love and life.
Rebirth Together
To the rhythm of the drum, we recreate the process of birth and welcome a new stage of life. We close the cycle with a sacred mother–daughter energetic wrapping, sealing love, tenderness, and the rebirth of their bond.
Initiation into Pleasure & Sacred Commitment
Through a sensory meditation, we will explore the joy and wisdom of the body. The journey concludes with a sacred union ceremony with ourselves, honoring self-love and embracing a renewed sense of identity.
